01Where we deliver

Everywhere in Nepal — all seven provinces, all 77 districts. Kathmandu Valley orders can also be arranged as atelier pickup from Thamel if you prefer to meet the clothes halfway. International shipping is not offered yet; it is on the table as the atelier grows.

02How long it takes

Orders confirmed before 1 PM dispatch the same working day, Sunday to Friday:

• Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur — 1 to 2 days.
• Pokhara, Chitwan and other major towns — 2 to 3 days.
• Hill and remote districts — 3 to 5 days, weather willing. The Himalayas get a vote.

03What it costs

Delivery inside the Valley is Rs. 100; the rest of Nepal runs Rs. 150–250 depending on district, quoted at checkout before you confirm. Orders above Rs. 5,000 ship free, nationwide — every time.

04Cash on delivery

You pay the courier when the parcel reaches you — no prepayment, no card details, no risk. Because every COD parcel costs the atelier money if it bounces, we confirm each order by phone before dispatch. Please keep your phone reachable; two failed contact attempts pause the order rather than waste the courier's run.

05Tracking your order

Order status — placed, confirmed, shipped, delivered — updates live in your account panel under Orders. For courier tracking numbers on out-of-Valley shipments, the confirmation message includes everything you need.

06When something goes wrong

A parcel that arrives damaged, or the wrong piece entirely, should be reported within 48 hours — a photo and your order ID to hello@nepora.com is enough. We replace at our cost, courier included. The full remedies are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
