Termsof Service
The agreement between you and the atelier — short, readable and free of the fine-print smell.
01The agreement
These terms are the agreement between you and Nepora ("we", "the atelier"), a clothing brand operating from Thamel, Kathmandu, Nepal. By browsing this site, creating an account or placing an order, you accept them. If you disagree with something here, write to us first — we would rather fix it than lose you.
02Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to hold an account. Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us quickly if you suspect someone else is in your account — hello@nepora.com reaches a human. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or attempts to disrupt the store. You can delete your account at any time from your panel.
03Orders and payment
Everything is priced in Nepali Rupees (NPR), VAT included where applicable. We operate cash on delivery across Nepal: place the order, we confirm it by phone, you pay when the parcel is in your hands.
Placing an order is an offer, not a contract. In the rare case a price is misprinted or a piece is oversold, we will contact you — if we must cancel, anything already paid is refunded in full. An order can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch.
04Delivery
We deliver nationwide across Nepal — Kathmandu Valley typically in 1–2 days, the rest of the country in 2–5. Delivery terms, costs and free-shipping thresholds are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
05Returns and exchanges
Pieces can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed and carry their tags. Size exchanges are free within Kathmandu Valley. The full process, refund timelines and the short list of exceptions live in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
06Our creative work
The Nepora name, the curved-N peak mark, this website, its photography and its copy are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce or reuse them commercially without written permission. Wearing the clothes, obviously, is not just permitted — it is the point.
07Acceptable use
Do not scrape the store, attack it, resell our photography as your own, or impersonate the brand. Do not submit false orders — every fake courier run costs a real person's morning. Be the kind of customer our tailors brag about.
08Availability and accuracy
The site is provided as-is. Drops are limited and small-batch; a piece can sell through minutes after launch. Screen colours vary — we photograph honestly, but Himalayan light is its own filter. We may fix bugs, change the catalogue or take the store down for maintenance without notice.
09Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Nepali law, Nepora is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights under Nepal's Consumer Protection Act, 2075 (2018) — those rights always win.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and any dispute that cannot be settled by a friendly phone call will go to the courts of Kathmandu. Electronic records and signatures are recognised under Nepal's Electronic Transactions Act, 2063 (2008).
11Changes to these terms
We will post any changes on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms — the current version always lives here.
