How fast will my order arrive?

Kathmandu Valley in 1–2 days, major towns in 2–3, hill districts in 3–5. Confirmed before 1 PM, dispatched the same working day — and anything over Rs. 5,000 ships free, nationwide.

Can I pay when it arrives?

Yes — every order is cash on delivery. We call to confirm before dispatch, you pay the courier at your door. No prepayment, no card details, ever.

What if the fit is not right?

Seven days to exchange or return, unworn with tags on. Size swaps are free inside the Valley — start it from your account panel or write to hello@nepora.com.
